Job Description:

-Sourcing candidates using Job portals, social media etc.
-Assessing the candidates as per the job mandate
-Lining up of candidates for Interview
-Follow up on the interview status and managing candidate pipeline
-Managing the online job postings, social media presence etc.

Key Accountabilities:

-Developing and implementing HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy
-Bridging management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances or other issues
-Managing the recruitment and selection process

Skills Required:

-Inclination to make a mark in the field of Human Resources (Talent Acquisition)
-Excellent relationship management / people engagement skills
-Superior communication skills
-Ability to work in tight deadlines
