Salary : PHP 13,000 - 15,000 monthly (The salary depends on the quality / skills / performance of the candidates in the interview round/s )

-Shall be responsible for the repair and troubleshooting of computers
-Must be familiar with the products and recommend the best ways to repair them
-Shall be responsible for accuracy of current testing and troubleshooting procedures
-Shall be in charge of repair and support under the turn around time set by the company and responsible for upholding the quality of repairs made
-Provide assistance in matters of Pre-Qualification testing
-Responsible for submitting reports for product issues for special cases under you to the Customer Care Manager
-Shall be expected to actively participate in forums or discussion groups and provide communication to manufacturers for technical issues
-Keep up to date with the latest changes in technology as well as up and coming new products under your group.
-Shall be tasked to go on field as necessary
-Fresh graduates with good scholastic records are encouraged to apply.
-Knowledgeable in basic trouble shooting of computers and laptops.
-Aggressive, resourceful, and result-oriented with excellent customer and interpersonal skills.
