Job Description:

- Responsible for understanding the business needs, documenting and managing requirements

- Will be working with cross functional teams and client across countries

- Acts as a conduit between management, business users, vendors and technical staff to lead process efficiency and technology improvement

- Creating documentations, wireframes, etc.,

- Assisting QA team to ensure that requirements and specifications are captured in testing plans and scripts

- Liaison between business and development teams throughout the project life cycle

- Working with Project Manager to produce effort estimates, ensure task completion within estimates, etc.,

Skill Set Required: 

- Self-motivated with excellent analytical, communication and problem-solving skills

- Knowledge in Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC)

- Knowledge in UML diagrams

- Excellent oral and written communication skills

- Excellent interpersonal skills necessary to work effectively with colleagues at various levels of the organization
