Job Description:

-50% of the role is for any/all of Development & Testing, Engineering/architecture of applications, or its components, Implementation & Professional Services - Configurations, customizations, integrations of custom developed products, associated services etc. and the remaining 50% of the role involving any/all of the following:

Proof of Concepts (POC), Product Support, Maintenance, Helpdesk/DB Administration; Business/System monitoring/audit, training, etc.

-Job may require travel within India and outside of India if required to serve the requirements of company’s clients and prospects. This includes on site assignments of upto three months to a year.

-Will be responsible for providing technical / functional design and support to prospective clients and customers while ensuring customer satisfaction with minimal supervision, through on-line/in person pre-sales efforts that include custom configuration, design of applications, internet of things, components, Portals, Apps, Analytics, demonstration of Features and Functionality and documentation of technical integrations.

-Act as a technical resource for testing, debugging, and maintaining the product at customer locations for the custom developed products, integrations and associated services

-Develop and deliver high quality standard Virtuos functional/technical design, product engineering flowcharts and workflows. Present and articulate advanced product features and benefits, product future direction and overall Virtuos Cloud solutions and Services. Design, integrate, validate, and present software solutions, applications to include advanced product concepts, internet of things, and 3rd party complementing products.

-Support sales team in online/in-person selling efforts with minimal supervision by way of technical help, advice and guidance. Develop and deliver proposed solution to customers.

-Play a dual role by engaging in the project implementation with responsibilities that include application engineering - configuration, customer support, maintenance, upgrades, testing, customization and integration

-Undertake innovative development and engineering initiatives to augment the product/service capability; customize the applications to meet the needs of customers as per the project needs. This include your understanding of the agile/rapid development methodologies and learning new technologies, frameworks, etc. on your own to be able to code/develop, and test the software, and cloud/mobile/social applications including Internet of Things.
