Job Description and Skill Set Required: 
- Developing and updating list of business solicitation, companies, contacts, their business profile, training promotional requirements, developing proposals and sending
- Business solicitation through visits of customers/ cold calls/ mails.
- Obtaining leads from company and following up for appointment
- Meeting the customers and gathering information regarding requirements/ contact personnel/ collecting visiting cards/ developing rapport/ Documenting details as per standard format of company and uploading on daily basis.
- Developing weekly/ monthly touring plan and uploading daily log sheet with progress
- As per company policy, it is mandatory to use GPS tracking systems.
- Freezing scope of work , providing quotation and obtaining orders
- Coordinating with production staff and the customer’s personnel to complete pre production, production and post production works
- Consolidating deliverables, quantifying the time lines and cost limits to the production team.
- Getting written approval for final draft before production from the customer.
- Meeting deliverables as per purchase order with due quantity and time adherence.
- Getting rework (if unavoidable) done and obtaining satisfactory completion certificate.
- Getting customer testimonials for publicity/ further development of business.
- Invoicing the customers, collecting advance payments, running account bills,collection of tax forms including C- Forms
- Documenting the process and closing the order.
- Developing business solicitation plan for each customer for next 1 year. -- -Developing repeat business from the existing customers.
- Any other activity as delegated by the company from time to time, without any prior intimation.
