Job Description and Skills Required:-

-Management of Sales & Marketing activities in the area.

-Make Visit to the leads given by CRE’s on daily basis and taking pictures of owner’s

Property

-Showing properties to the Tenants with Relationship Development & helping both in

negotiations along with finalization of the deal

-Responsible for meeting targets by closing the rental deal

-Have to develop new territories in the area.

-Collect information of Owners and provide them to CRE’s

-Ensuring timely and quality reporting of activities

-Should be an effective communicator

-Computer Skills MS Word, PowerPoint & Excel

-Must possess fortitude to sell and compete and be a self-starter

B.Com., B.Com.(Hons.), B.Sc., B.Tech/B.E., BBA, BCA, MBA, MCA
