Job Profile: Community Development Manager

Job location: Noida

Desired Experience: 06 months- 2years

Salary: INR 4.2LPA (Fixed) Variable

(The final CTC will depend upon candidates’ performance & experience during the interview and will be at the company’s discretion)

Probation/Training Period: 3 Months

Notice Period: - 15-20days

Course Specialization:  Any Graduates/ Post graduates 

Academic Criteria : Minimum 55% throughout Academics

Tentative date of joining: Immediate

Tentative date of interview: Will be communicated post registration window is closed.

As the Community Growth Associate, you will be responsible for managing and developing partner relationships and user community. Your job is to not only communicate but also represent the abundant value of associating with FitMeIn.

Responsibilities:-

-Maintain relationships with Partner network across multiple cities.-Respond to partner queries via calls and emails.

-Respond to customer (employee) inquiries via email and live chat Identify site and app issues, and communicate properly to all internal teams Maintain a high satisfaction rating while hitting daily targets of responses.

-Think creatively about how to optimize each experience Master our product, internal systems, and offerings to ensure thorough and clear communication and enforcement of policies

-An excellent writer and communicator with a keen eye for detail and grammar.

-Fast learner and eager to tackle new challenges every day
