Job Profile: Community Development Manager
Job location: Noida

Salary: INR 4.2LPA (Fixed) Variable
(The final CTC will depend upon candidates’ performance & experience during the interview and will be at the company’s discretion)

-Maintain relationships with Partner network across multiple cities.-Respond to partner queries via calls and emails.
-Respond to customer (employee) inquiries via email and live chat Identify site and app issues, and communicate properly to all internal teams Maintain a high satisfaction rating while hitting daily targets of responses.
-Think creatively about how to optimize each experience Master our product, internal systems, and offerings to ensure thorough and clear communication and enforcement of policies
-Positive, helpful and supportive - willing to take on any task, no matter how big or small.
