Job Profile: Operations – Trainee

Job location: Kolkata

Desired Experience: 0.5-  1 year

Probation/Training Period: 3 month

Salary: During Probation: - INR 1.2 LPA

              After Probation: -   INR 1.44 LPA

Course Specialization: Any Graduates/ Post Graduates

Tentative date of joining: Immediate

Tentative date of interview: Will be communicated post registration window is closed.

Duties and responsibilities:

-Should be able to travel to residential / commercial complexes across Kolkata.

-Must be able to speak and understand English, Hindi and Bengali.

-Marks and qualifications no bar.

-Adapt quickly to the working environment.

-Shall be able to manage any intern or team and shall have ability to perform as a leader.

-Two-wheeler will be an added advantage.

Skill Set Required

-Should be dedicated and honest towards the Job. There is no shortcut to success.

-Should have a learning attitude. A person who knows everything will not fit the role.

-Should be a team player. You cannot win a relay race all by yourself.

-Microsoft Word, Excel, Power-point.

-Should be able to speak and understand English (Mandatory), Hindi and Bengali (preferable).

-Language is not a measure of intelligence, but we still need it to communicate our words.

-Good networking Skill.
