-He/she will be responsible in providing 100 % voice support to the clients and online technical resolution
-Minimum 6month of previous IT Service Desk and/or Call Centre experience required
-Excellent communication skills and telephone manner.
-Act as a single point of contact for phone calls and emails from staff regarding IT issues and queries.
-Receiving, logging and managing calls from internal staff via telephone and email.
-1st and 2nd line support - troubleshooting of IT related problems from in-house software to hardware, such as Laptops & PC’s
-Escalate unresolved calls to the infrastructure support team
-Log all calls in the Service Desk Call Logging system service Now
-To maintain a high degree of customer service for all support queries and adhere to all service management principles.
-Ticketing Tools Knowledge.
-Incumbent should open for 24X7 operations
-Should have relevant experience on server support and ticketing tools
-Should have good knowledge in UNIX, Windows and basic knowledge in Networks
-Experience on production UNIX and WINDOWS servers.
-Ready to work in rotational shift.
-Fundamental knowledge of Networks
-Good troubleshooting Skills
-Exposure to any monitoring/ticketing tool, VERITAS NetBackup and Backup Exec.
-Good communication skills
