- Ability to mentor and inspire team members to do their best work
- Balance of being a team player as well as forming and asserting personal viewpoints independent of others
- Ability to consistently produce results
- Design effective training programs
- Conduct seminars, workshops, individual training sessions etc.
- Prepare educational material such as module summaries, videos etc.
- Support and mentor new employees
- Keep attendance and other records

Skill Set Required:
- Knowledge of OPPS concept , core JAVA , advance JAVA , Front end technologies and good communication skills.
