Job Description and Skill Set Required:  
- Core Java, OOPs - Critical
- Servlets and JSP- Critical
- Hibernates/iBatis
- Spring frame work (Core, MVC, AOP, ORM) –Critical
- Experience in developing and configuring Web services (REST, SOAP) - Critical
- Experience in database programming in Database (MySQL or SQL Server, Oracle) – Critical
- Must have hands on experience in configuration and deployment life cycle of any of the following server - Apache App server, Tomcat Web server, JBoss App Server, Weblogic, Webshpere
- Knowledge of automated code review tools.
- Must have very good verbal, written communication skills.
- Knowledge and experience of CMMI level 3 processes at the minimum
