Job Description:

-Support various project

-IVR development and configurations using .net framework and Designer

-Good Development experience on Synway hardware

- Good experience on Java, oracle SQL programming

-IVR Unit testing

-Unix Scripting

-Tomcat Administration initiatives ranging from QA Strategic initiative to infrastructure projects.

-Build budget forecasts and reconcile variances.

-Provide regular updates and status reports to senior management team.

-Build executive level presentations that convey the business needs and targeted to the appropriate audience.

-CTI (Synway; Dialogic, XML, VXML coding) and IVR (eIVR, Nuance On Demand) experience.

-Required Telecom Experience Of IVR,SMS,USSD

-Good Knowledge of Core Java.

-Strong knowledge of RDBMS (Oracle and My sql).

-An ability to develop trouble shooting and diagnostic skills is essential as well as the ability to work well under pressure.

- Have working experience in Java Development with VXML/CCXML. Working knowledge of Java with IVR.

- Working knowledge of SS7,VoIP,SIP,H323,SMPP and PBX related protocols, and standards preferred

- Working knowledge on Asterisk

-Good experience and knowledge of Telephony protocols and interfaces, T1, E1, PRI, QSIG, and analog trunking

Responsibilities:-

-CTI (Synway; Dialogic, XML, VXML coding) and IVR (eIVR, Nuance OnDemand) experience.
-4+ years experience in Project Management and experience managing multiple projects simultaneously.
-4+ years QA experience - this is a Must.
-Experience creating Master Test Strategies, as candidate will manage the testing phase of projects.
-Experience using test tools such as ClearQuest and Quality Center, which are used for managing defects on a daily basis.
-4+ years experience with Software Development department.
-4+ years experience with complex query pulls to analyze data and produce trends and analysis.
-4+ years experience in producing variety of Presentations to wide variety of audiences including to senior management.
-Demonstrated experience in managing multiple priorities.
-Demonstrated ability to interact effectively with a variety of contacts including senior managers.
