Job Description:

The candidate should have hands on experience in END TO END IT RECRUITMENT should have excellent communication skills should be well versed in Recruitment cycle Willing to work under pressure environments should be able to work in target oriented environment should be from a TECHNICAL background.(BE,Bsc,Bca,Mca preferred).

IT Recruitment, Should be technologically updated Sourcing.

Have some experience into contract staffing.

Resume Screening.

Screening Through Panel/Questionnaire.

Taking care of all the interview process/round.

Documentation validation.

Salary negotiation.

Should be able to do all formalities till the candidate joins

Skills Required:

Good Communication Skill.

Interview Process: Telephonic and Face to Face Interview.
