-2 to 5 years in Domestic / UK / US IT Recruiter / US recruitment IT staffing.
-Good knowledge about UK Recruitment
-Must be willing to work in Domestic / UK / US shifts timing
-Identifying and recruiting potential candidates for various positions and skill sets, specifically researching markets to find viable candidates.
-Utilizing Networking to source and secure a broader network of candidates.
-Calling warm and cold leads, either for referrals or to share the job opportunity
-Front line screening of resume submissions.
-Maintenance of applicant tracking system for assigned openings;
-Phone Interviews with potential candidates.
-Referring to qualified candidates for a Hiring Manager Interview and managing Hiring Manager expectations.
-Managing on-site interview process, including but not limited to designing interview questions and selection metrics for assigned openings.
-Successful candidates will have proactive customer-service focus to respond effectively to hiring needs.
-Must be able to work well under pressure juggling multiple tasks as well as work effectively with a wide range of staff and external candidates
-Excellent oral and written communication skills are a must.
-A strong knowledge of appropriate employment laws and regulations is required and International Recruiting experience is strongly preferred.
