Salary- Fixed + Variable(effect on salary in Probation period / Training period):

-Fresher- RS 1.91LPA

-Experienced- RS 2.6 LPA  To RS 3.25 LPA

Target Batch Passouts: 2013-2015

Course Specialization: B.Tech./B.E. (CS/IT)

Probation/ Training Period: 3 Months

Tentative date of joining: Immediate

Tentative date of interview: Will be communicated post registration window is closed.

* The shortlisted candidates will be sent Admit Cards/Call Letters on their registered mail Id, which they will need to, carry on the date of Interview. No candidate will be entertained by the company without the formal intimation from Aspiring Minds.

Job Description:

Handling End-to-End Recruitment processes for clients.

-Sourcing & Screening profiles, short-listing the candidates in preliminary rounds.

-Scheduling interviews, follow-up to get feedback, negotiating the salary.

-Managing resumes and updating the database on regular basis.

-Scheduling and coordinating interviews of the candidates with the client.

-Follow up with the selected candidates.

-Generating daily, weekly and monthly reports.

-Good at Microsoft Outlook / Excel / Word.

 Knowledge about technology

-Good level of proficiency in sourcing through unconventional channels apart from the regular methods of doing the same

-Should have knack for networking

-Excellent communication

-Good team player

-Relevant experience (if any)

Interview Process:

-Pre-placement talk

-2 rounds of interview
