Salary: During Training Period: INR 17,000 per month
            After Training Period: INR 2.67 LPA
(The final CTC will depend upon candidate's performance in the interview and will be at the company's discretion)

Job Description:
- Fresh graduates who will be trained to become IT recruitment professionals based in Vishakhapatnam hiring contractual IT professionals across location in India.
- You will be trained on IT recruitment process, conducting search on different job portals & social media.
- Exposure to work on Application tracking tools, HRMS, databases to find IT professionals for our clients.
- You will be trained on sourcing, interviewing, coordinating with clients, candidates and offer negotiation.
- Post offer Engagement: Keeping the IT candidates engaged till they join us.
- Driving candidate experience through the recruitment process .
