Job Description and Skill Set Required:
-Available to work during US working hours.
-Clear and concise verbal communication skills.
-High comfort level with talking on phone with candidates and clients.
-Minimum of 2 years’ experience in US recruiting, including corp-to-corp and W2 recruiting.
-Expertise in the use of job portals like Dice and LinkedIn.
-Good knowledge of common IT job profiles like QA, BA, PM.
-High comfort level with the use of online tools and software for tracking and updating job openings data.
-Experience with conducting phone screenings and evaluating candidates for their communication skills and technical knowledge.
-High level of comfort with multi-tasking and juggling multiple assignments at once.
-Proficient in Microsoft Excel.
