Configuring and working on different types of Axis Camera products, AS devices & NVR.
Configuring the cameras and Alarms in our I-vigil software.
Manage and maintain network of the data center using monitoring tools like Netalytics.
Responding to customer issues and queries within agreed time limits through SalesForce, Email and Chat.
Responsible for the preparing and maintenance of logs for tickets.
Responsible for maintaining and reporting on service levels determined by management.
Responsible for updating and maintaining critical information and documents in SalesForce.
Responsible for client satisfaction and exceeding expectations
Working with field Technician if the problem is more serious.
Testing and fixing faulty equipment.
Works in different shifts that ensures an always available support service to our clients 24x7x365.
International voice support/technical support at least for 1 year Experience
Candidates should have excellent communication skills both Verbal and Written
Candidates should be willing to work in Rotational Shifts.
Candidates should have basic knowledge on Linux.
