Job Description:

-Configuring and managing Windows and Linux servers

-Linux server management for client’s project.

-Performed daily maintenance, troubleshooting, configuration, installation and documentation of all network components within the network.

-Providing assistance and support to colleagues in IT-related matters

-Ensuring that a high level of customer service and support is provided to all internal and external customers

-Main contact for implementation and support activities different Server based and networking infrastructure components.

-Recommend technology optimizations and process improvements to improve project lead times.

-Responsible for managing backups

-Providing PC, server and firewall support

-Installing authorized software to laptops and desktops

-Antivirus installation and upgradation to all desktops and laptops

-Creating purchase requisitions for IT hardware/software

-Ensuring licensing for all software purchased is recorded and maintained

-Setting up new users and disabling expired accounts in accordance with HR requirements

Qualifications

- 2-4 years of experience of handling hardware and software infrastructure in Enterprise environments

- Thorough understanding of high availability architecture, networking, and platform.

- Good English communication both writing and speaking

- Bachelors/Master degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineer or related fields
