Job Description:

• Providing support to Internal End Users and External Commercial Account End Users across North America, EMEA & AP.
• The candidate will be responsible to handle inbound calls / emails / chats regarding technical issues for end users. 
• The candidate will be responsible for remote infrastructure support delivery,performing problem cause analysis and resolving routine client problems.

Desired Candidate Profile:

• Excellent written and oral communication skill.
• Ability to identify basic hardware parts and awareness of basic hardware and basic networking concepts.
• User level familiarity with at least one e-mail client - Outlook, Notes etc. and skilled in commercially standard software applications and major operating systems.
• Proficient in network connectivity troubleshooting, TCP/IP, Dial-up, Token Ring, Ethernet, LAN/WAN.
• Willing to work in shifts.

Interview Location: Bangalore

Interview Process: 2 rounds of face to face interviews.

Training Period: 1 Month
