Course Specialization: B.E/B.Tech(IT/Computer Science/Electronics & Communication)

Target Batch Passout: 2018

Training/Probation Period: Probation period of 6 months

Salary: INR 2,01,660 PA (The final CTC will depend upon candidates’ performance during the interview and will be at the company’s discretion)

Bond: 24 months service level agreement

Tentative date of Joining: Immediate

Tenative date of interview: Will be communicated post registration window is closed

Job Description and Skill Set Required:Problem investigation

- Problem diagnosis
- Solution implementation
- Sandbox Environment Setup
- Documentation of actions and finding.
- Communication with Users throughout process
- Escalation of problem where appropriate
- Ability to install, configure, and train on new third-party applications
- Ability to adapt to ERP/CRM specific technology needs
- Set up of user accounts
- Proactive support - on-going maintenance and monitoring of systems in accordance with appropriate plans.
- Implementation of hardware and services through onsite or remote work
- Preparation of equipment and services in line with work specification and appropriate deadlines
- On going documentation and updating of records regarding supported networks.

Essential skill set required:

- Communication, Customer Service, Critical Thinking, Problem Solving, Analytical, Inventory - Management, Time Management and Organization Skills
- A passion for IT and technology
- Good problems solving skills
- Depth Knowledge of latest Client -Server operating systems
- Understanding of TCP/IP networking
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office 2013/2016/Office 365 installation and operating
- Working hours:10am -7pm
