Job Description:

- Good spoken and written communication skill is must.

- 3 to 5 years experience with Microsoft servers or equivalent required.

- Familiarity with administration of a Microsoft Windows environment.

- Maintains Windows Server 2012/2008/2003, AD network, various backup softwares, SAN and NAS storage.

- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Exchange and Active directory required.

- Backs up system operations, upgrades and improvements, verify restore capabilities and procedures, understanding of underlying hardware (tape libraries, SCSI, fiber channel).

- Experience of providing Remote IT support is must.

- Experience/ knowledge of Hyper-V, VMware will be advantageous.

- Experience/ knowledge of FTP Server, IIS, Firewall, Windows VPN and VPN Tunnel will be advantageous.

- Experience/ knowledge of cloud base solution like Office365 will be advantageous.

- Experience/ knowledge of Linux based Zimbra mail server will be advantageous.

- Microsoft certification or equivalent education will be advantageous.

- Willing to work in UK Day shift (12.30pm to 9.30pm/1.30pm to 10.30pm) and UK night shift (4.30pm to 1.30am/5.30pm to 2.30am).
