-Extremely good at providing a business solution with good analytical and Problem solving ability.
-Ability to clearly communicate both in writing and verbally with international customers.
-Flexible to work in shifts.
-Ability to analyze and understand a problem from the customer\'s point of view. Take the role of a consultant in evaluating customer\'s requirement and map it to product feature.
-Confident in resolving all pre-sales and post-sales customer queries .
