Job Description :
- Identifying the organization's technology needs in alignment with the business vision.
- Recommend high-level design choices and dictate technical standards, including software coding standards, tools, and platforms.
- Mentor to designers and developers on what's required and validate their deliverables from a technology standpoint
- Advising CIO on managing future Mobile needs
- Working directly with developers and product managers to conceptualize, design, build, test and realize products with industry level Quality standards
- Keep up to date on the latest industry trends in the mobile technologies
- Articulate technologies and solutions to technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Attend industry events/ conference - both attending and presenting
Required skills
- A minimum of 4-6 years of solid experience in both mobile development. Good communication skills with great level of articulation
- A strong hands-on and proven experience in Objective C, SWIFT, X-code, Design patterns
- Strong problem solving skills
- Ability to gather and assimilate information
- Up to date knowledge of technology, frameworks and tools
- Good knowledge of quality standards and best practices at industry level
- An inquisitive bent of mind with strong inclination towards learning and researching
- Ability to be adapt and prioritize and to work with minimal supervision
- A strong sense of ownership and ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
- Ability to think ahead and anticipate problems / risks, issues and solutions
