Roles and Resposibilities:
Contacting potential or existing customers to inform them about a productor services.
Answering questions about products or the company
Asking questions to understand customer requirements
Inform customer of deals and promotions
Enter and update customer information in the database
Take and process orders in an accurate manner
Go the extra mile to meet sales quota and facilitate future sales
Responsible for closing sales over the phone while maintaining good customer relationships.

What were looking for:
6 months of experience or more in a sales role preferably from a
BPO/ITES industry
Proven track record of successfully meeting sales quota preferably over the phone
Good knowledge of relevant computer programs (e.g. CRM software) and telephone systems
Ability to learn about products and services and describe/explain to prospects.
Excellent knowledge of English
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Cool-tempered with the ability to work under pressure and deliver results consistently..
Outstanding negotiation skills with a focus to resolve issues and address complaints.
