Roles and Responsibilities:
Should have 1 to 4 months of experience in International Voice process.
Should possess good listening skills to understand customers requirement over the phone.
Clarify and confirm the customer requirements or problem in a minimal time frame.
Ability to handle customer escalations.
Must be self-motivated and have the ability to work independently, Critical thinking and problem solving skills.
Immediate joiners will be preferred or less than 30 days notice period.
Should have great interpersonal skills and ability to perform under pressure.
Comfortable working in Night shift.
