- Candidate should have prospect for different database & social networking sites

- Candidate has to manage Outbound/ Lead Generation activities for USA, Australia, Middle East and Pacific regions.

- Candidate should be able to generate lead & talk to the client

- Candidate should be able to attend first call

- Candidate hast to be proactive in overall closure of the lead
