Job Description:
- Will participate in Relationship calls to understand and align with customers’ requirements and expectations.
- Will be managing client relationships, ability to build the business further, lead the transition of new clients and provide opportunities of growth.
- Responsible for the complete Lead generation cycle leading successful client development.
- Develop & Implement lead generation plans and sales strategies for penetrating international markets.
- Must be proficient in developing large prospects funnels.
- Expertise in Understanding, Reviewing & Freezing of Customer qualification.
- Making cold calls, creating campaign, targeting C-level for domestic and overseas customer.
- Must have flexibility in working time and should be able to spend extra time at work.
- MUST have Research & Development capability to generate usable marketing data leading to prospects.
- Must have technical exposure, required to generate interest over the phone.
- Must be able to contribute constructively in developing business proposals.
- Work on business development plan, sales presentations, and value propositions.
Skill Set Required:
- Target oriented person to meet revenue delivery on monthly/Quarterly/yearly basis.
- Accountable for pre-sales, sales of software products, and account management.
- Experience in any or either the domestic or the international markets for online and phone based prospecting.
- Excellent Communication skill & personality is must, should be able to contribute in generating content for the website and marketing collaterals.
- Technology understanding at a basic level with a capacity to fix online and phone meeting.
- Excellent presentation skill is MUST (Must be excellent in MS PowerPoint 2003/2007).
- Must be an out of box thinker in making Lead generation plans and should have worked on outbound campaigns in the international market.
- Must have understanding of using online business directories and social media to attract business prospects.
