-15 Days of Class-Room training:
-Basics of Financial Market
-Overview of Indian Stock Market (Including Equity, Commodity and ForEx)
-Overview of all different products and services of the organization
-15 Days of On the Job training
-Business Etiquette and Telephone Etiquette
-Identification of prospects among a pool of leads
-1 months of internship with performance targets
Post completion of 2 months, the company will evaluate candidates on the basis of their performance and fitment and will finalize them for a full time job.
Roles & Responsibilities during 1 month internship:
-Analyzing client's needs and offering best product/service
-Conducting and Analyzing Risk Profile of the customer to offer appropriate product/service
-Filtering our prospects from a pool of leads through tele-calling
-Converting hot-prospects to clients and active revenue
-Completing KYC for the clients
-Completing at least 4 hours of tele-calling to increase the target base.
