Job Description:

- Design and develop training material following well known methodologies

- Work with Project Managers to develop high quality custom training material

- Develop, validate, and update training material in all forms – classroom

- Work with external learning partners to develop learning content

- Learn and use relevant authoring and publishing technologies

- Train team members  and build a skilled instruction development team

- Provide inputs into training design and development proposals

- Contribute to standardization of L&D processes

- Collect feedback and data to measure, improve and control the quality of the

- Monitor external best practices, research current approaches, develop a

- Assist Project Manager to evaluate and select vendors to meet the training

- Assist Project Manager to prepare and monitor the training budgets

- Assist Project Manager in building online tools wherever applicable, to on time and within budgets

Skills Required:

- Experience in designing and developing one or more modes of training – WBT, ILT, VILT and Blended Learning for technical training

- Expert skill at using MS Office (especially Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Skype) is an added advantage

- Experience in technical training curriculum design is an added advantage

- Excellent written communication skills

- Strong verbal communication and presentation skills

- Good interpersonal skills
