Job Duties:

● End­to­end management of daily operations of institutional clients

● Independent handling of around 15 vehicles and around 7­8 clients

● Timely follow up with drivers to ensure high levels of reliability

● Take ownership and ensure high standards of driver/labour behaviour

● Maintain good relationships with all stakeholders (drivers, clients, client POCs etc) and improve the image of the company with all of them

● Negotiate with vendor partners regarding pricing and other terms as per requirement

● Foresee possible issues & risks in advance and work with management to mitigate them without any issue reaching the client

● Source vehicles as per requirement to start operations on time

● Assist the institutional managers with any data/meeting requirements from time to time

● Handle driver payouts and client invoicing independently

● Ensure timely payments from client side by resolving issues if any

Desired Skills & Expertise:

● Very Important: High levels of pro­activeness, task ownership, ZERO tolerance for mistakes and hunger to deliver results

● Very Important: Very strong negotiation, persuasion and relationship building skills

● Excellent english & kannada proficiency

● Positive and professional demeanor

● Strong network in logistics/related industry preferred

● Inquisitiveness to understand the problem/assignment and obtain necessary learning before setting on to work
