Salary: INR 3 LPA (fixed) + Performance-based variable C.T.C: INR 1.2 LPA (A high performer can aim for a CTC of upto 4.2 LPA in the first year after probation)
(The final CTC will depend upon candidate's performance in the interview and will be at the company's discretion)
