We are the first company to provide a complete online POS solution for restaurants, which is also Internet outage friendly. POSist helps a standalone food outlet to a large food chain manage functions like Billing, CRM, Inventory Control, Recipe and Wastage management, Centralized Menu Management, Vendor Management and more. The idea for POSist came up when its Founder, Mr. Ashish Tulsian, started hunting for a software solution to help automate his own restaurant. But he ended up creating one for himself as he wasn't able to find anything suitable. He believes POSist can change the way restaurants deal with its customers at the front end and operations at the back end. All for good of-course.
POSist is a complete Restaurant Management Platform, as it’s open to integration and is a seamlessly scalable application. Other business support application like accounting softwares, CRMs, hotel suites and even ERP back ends like SAP can be integrated with front POS from POSist. Salary:  INR 2.4 LPA To 3.6 LPA. 

Course Specialization:  Any Graduate/ Post Graduate

Roles & Responsibilities:

-Generate leads for company through database, internet, search engines & other tools.
-Cold calling, cold emailing.
-Handle inbound prospect calls an d convert them into sales.
-Experience with customer identification, call planning, account management and closing.
-Fixing appointments for products demos with clients followed by mailing them presentations.
-Deliver product demos and sales presentations (online and in-person, if needed)
-Comfortable with CRM, Email ma rketing, Analytical tools.
-Find out ways to generate new leads.
-Maintaining the database of pros pects of the company/organization.
-Be part of customer service and success as needed.
-Result driven mindset with attention to detail.
-Have willingness to be part of a D ecent Culture.

Skills Requirements/Expectations:

-Experience in establishing and maintaining relationships at CXO level in a customer organization
-Demonstrated Leadership, Interpersonal, Communication and Presentation skills
-Past experience (If Any, as a Sal es/Business Development Professional involved in Sales i n the IT Services industry with proven track record) .
-The role requires co-ordination wi th the country leadership team and with corporate busines s management teams.
-Achievement of Sales targets with in stipulated expense / budgets

Candidate's Profile:

-Any graduate/Post graduate/MBA.
-Experience in selling web/IT Serv ices in past (If Any).
-Experience in selling ERP/POS solutions is a benefit!!!
-Have done outbound calling.
-Experience with different lead ge neration modules/tools.
-Should have excellent communication skills (English, Hindi or any local language).
-Good computer knowledge, profi cient in using Internet
