-Effectively articulates the value proposition associated with training and services to customers.
-Cold call as appropriate within market or geographic area to ensure a robust pipeline of opportunities.
-Recommends IT Trainings solutions considering customer needs and interests.
-Builds relationships with customers based on knowledge of Microsoft technology, products, and services.
-Generating Qualified leads and align Business Manager with Customer for IT Trainings and services.
-Leverages cross-functional resources to achieve results/meet customer needs for trainings and certifications
-Effectively priorities multiple demands while ensuring customer needs are met.
-Makes decision based on an appropriate amount of information/data analysis
-Ability to teach and coach others to improve performance including providing feedback and identifying development opportunities.
