Profile Offered: Infrastructure Engineer

Job Location: Gurgaon

Course Specialization: BTech in any Specialization

Desired Experience: 0 - 1 Years

Required Candidate profile:

  • Knowledge in a hardware administrator role
  • Knowledge in hardware engineering networking, routing, and switching
  • Knowledge firewalls (pfSense), Internet VPNs remote implementation, troubleshooting, and problem resolution is desired
  • Ability to set up and configure server hardware
  • Great at organizing, prioritizing and multitasking
  • Understanding of TCP/IP protocols and LAN/WAN configuration

 

Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Setting up workstations with computers and necessary peripheral devices
  • Checking computer hardware (HDD, mouses, keyboards etc.) to ensure functionality. And assets management
  • Fully support, configure, maintain and upgrade in-house servers
  • Maintain licenses and upgrade schedules
  • Ensure network security and connectivity
  • Monitor network performance (availability, utilization, throughput, goodput, and latency) and test for weaknesses
  • Set up user accounts, permissions, and passwords
  • Resolve problems reported by the end user
  • Maintain knowledge of computer engineering trends and new technology
