Roles and Responsibilities:
Design all job requirements and specifications and manage all communication with implementation analysts.
Resolve all issues and develop all programs according to client requirements.
Perform various tests on process with help of test cases and prepare documents for same.
Coordinate with manager to resolve all issues within required timeframe and inform management of any delays.
Collaborate with development team to design new programs for all client.
Manage all communication with department to resolve all issues and assist.
implementation analyst to manage all production data.
