Job Description & Skill Set Required:
-Reviewing documents, workflow and plans for implementation with customers/vendors.
-Coordinating, and tracking new implementations projects.
-Providing interface and related workflow solutions within the guidelines of the interface team’s procedures.
-Demonstrating leadership to define requirements for project.
-Extensive regular contact with assigned project clients.
-Participating in client meetings and resolving client and management project issues.
-Providing customized consulting services.
-Interacting with various departments.
-Implementing our product at client side, provide the training for the same.
-Actively take part in end to end implementation of Data for customer.
-Provide implementation support to the internal team (Sales, SSE, etc)
-Respond to customer issues and concerns related to implementation
-Own the training of product to internal and external customers
-Excellent communication skills is mandatory
-Should be able to implement use cases provided by the customer
-Should have convincing skills
-Should ready to travel for client visit.
-Sould be ready to relocate to various job locations mentioned
