-Work on hiring & onboarding candidates
- Work on attendance & salary slip maintenance
-Work on team engagement and create offer letters and documents
-Manage, coordinate and maintain the calendar of the CEO including appointments and meetings
-Organize internal and external meetings on behalf of the CEO ensuring all necessary requirements are made e.g. Zoom meetings, notes, presentations, etc.
-Monitor and respond to incoming communications to CEO's office including phone calls, emails, and walk-ins, ensuring correct department distribution
-Undertake mailings and communication as directed by the CEO
