Salary: INR 1.8 LPA – INR 4.2 LPA (The final CTC will depend upon candidate’s performance in the interview and will be at the company’s discretion)

Course Specialization: BBA/BMS/MBA(HR)

Job Description:  
Candidate will be responsible for following:
-Recruitment / Talent Acquisition at all levels  for India / US /Europe Region.
-Perform to understand and develop current state talent acquisition capabilities to projected business needs.  
-Development and implementation of recruiting processes, tools, infrastructure and resources and operationalize an international level talent acquisition capability.
-Develop and implement recruitment strategies for entry-level, experienced, and executive hiring.
-Assess and augment campus-based initiatives, candidate selection, and internship programs for undergraduate and MBA students
-Design and continually improve globally consistent interview/assessment tools and methodologies appropriate to the specific recruiting objectives of FieldGlobal business.
-Working collaboratively with Business Head and HR colleagues, develop a coherent, high impact recruitment process to lead a disciplined system, understand and address talent acquisition requirements and priorities
-Personally engage in recruiting efforts as needed with an emphasis on executive-level and difficult-to-fill roles
-Manage and develop the professional skills and capabilities of the Talent Acquisition team
-Manage team workload allocation and performance measures
-Maintain and communicate recruiting metrics and reports to key stakeholders
-Ensure that recruiting tools, processes and systems meet requirements across the diverse geographies in which FieldGlobal operates.

Skill Set Required:  
Candidates must have following skills:
-Should be well versed with various recruitment strategies.
-Exposure and some understanding of other relevant areas such as performance management and career development
-Hands-on depth in experienced hire (executive-level) recruiting is required as well as at least an understanding or familiarity with campus and entry-level recruiting models and processes
-Subject matter expertise in advanced sourcing, screening, and assessment techniques
-Proven ability to communicate and influence people, including senior and executive leadership
-Excellent leadership skills and experience building a high-trust culture that empowers employees and fosters a strong team environment
-Experience working effectively and collaboratively in a fast turn-around environment
-Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Word, Excel and Power Point; experience structuring and communicating management reports and recommendations
High-energy, creative, problem solver.
-Strong ability to lead and motivate; an open communication style, collaborative approach, natural team player.
-Strong personal presence and self-confidence, capable of working effectively with the executive team as well as with all levels.
-Excellent interpersonal skills, capable of navigating effectively between different cultures and functions.
-Ability to approach challenges with creativity and enthusiasm; courage to take positions advocating change, and then deliver.
-Demonstrates strong ethical values, committed to the high personal and professional standards of conduct.
-Entrepreneurial spirit, non-hierarchical, self-motivated.
