-Handling End-to-End Recruitment processes for clients.
-Sourcing & Screening profiles, short-listing the candidates in preliminary rounds.
-Scheduling interviews, follow-up to get feedback, negotiating the salary.
-Managing resumes and updating the database on regular basis.
-Scheduling and coordinating interviews of the candidates with the client.
-Follow up with the selected candidates.
-Generating daily, weekly and monthly reports.
-Good at Microsoft Outlook / Excel / Word.
-Good communication skills
-Zeal to Learn
-Ability to understand JD and the intricate needs of the client to provide the candidates that are the ideal fit for the clients
