Job Description:

- Conducting recruitment interviews and providing the necessary inputs during the hiring process.

- Training new or existing employees

- Planning & Managing walk-in drives

- Responsible for end to end recruitment, i.e. from sourcing to on boarding (RESPONSIBLE FOR SOURCING PROFILES AS PER CLIENT REQUIREMENT,SCREENING CV\'S CONDUCTING DIRECT AND TELEPHONIC INTERVIEW , CALL COORDINATION, ADVERTISEMENT IN JOB PORTALS AND SOCIAL SITE\'S DATABASE MAINTENANCE AND BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT BY MAIL)

- Sourcing through Portal and various other sourcing channels sourcing through various channel mix (Job portals, referral, Social media, consultants, etc)

- Manage HR documentation

- Updating and tracing Dataflow

- Involved in End to End Recruitment
