Job Description and Skill Set Required:
- Interact with clients/Manager and understand the requirements.
- Analyse Job Profile and Client Company's Profile.
- Initiate Job Posting and Bulk Mailing
- Source profiles from various modes like Naukri, Linkedin, References, Internal Database.
- Interact with candidate, doing initial screening. Understand their competencies & skill sets, making them understand the job role.
- Provide complete, accurate, and inspiring information to candidates about the company and position.
- Prepare candidates for interviewing with the clients by providing detailed information about business strategy, job descriptions and expectation.
- Schedule & Coordinate the interview between Candidate and Client.
- Take feedback after interview.
- Repeat the process till closure.
- Maintaining daily/ weekly/monthly reports such as interview status reports, closure reports & feedback reports.
- Sound communication skills to deal with the candidates.
- Good at client interaction.
- Proficient in recruiting candidates from all levels Junior Level to Senior Level.
- Knowledge on post recruitment processes.
