The HR manager will be responsible for all human resource decisions at the company. This includes sourcing, recruitment, co-ordinating interviews, managing payroll, leaves, appraisals, exit interviews and other day to day HR functions.
- At least 2 years or more experience working as an HR generalist in a Start-up, Software or technology company.
- Proficient in recruitment lifecycle and talent acquisition - knowledge of modern recruiting tools e.g LinkedIn, Angel List, Hasgeek, ePoise, StackOverflow and so forth.Ability to build talent pipeline, sourcing candidates on short notice.
- Ability to identify niche talent in Sales and Technology. We are looking for a person who can identify the pin in a haystack.
- Knowledge and prior experience of Payroll, employee management, employee retention.
- Strong negotiation and interpersonal skills is mandatory.
- Drive and desire to work for a start-up under ambiguous entrepreneurial environments.
- The ideal candidate will take complete ownership of recruiting and retaining talent
- MBA preferred but not mandatory.
