Job Description and Skill Set Required:

Recruit 10 agents a month using personal references and job portals.

Organize Walk-Ins.

Should have worked as HR (in international BPO).

Should have relevant work experience.

Should know how to post jobs on job portals.

Ability to keep the team motivated.

Working from a brand new office, you will be the integral part of the team.

Prepare salaries and bio-metrics.

Complete training, managed cabins, laptop and mobile shall be provided.

You shall be given a job portal and complete campaign related training.
