Candidate must have Good Communication Skills and Knowledge on the recruitment process.
Sourcing candidates & informing about the job opportunity.
Well aware of Recruitment portals.
Knowledge on screening, sourcing and job posting.
shortlisting & Briefing the candidates for the Interview & keeping follow-ups.
Able to work under pressure.
Civil Infra recruitment add advantage like ( Airports, Metro, Highways , Bridges & Buildings ).
