Collar Search is a subsidiary of Saffron Tech Pvt Ltd, established in March 2008, the company is growing at a stunning pace having multiple offices in Delhi/NCR. They are a strong 200 member family at the moment working from state of the art office premises close to Saket, South Delhi.

Responsible for End to End Recruitment.
Conducting the HR interviews, including salary negotiation, benefit settlement and regular follow ups with the candidate till joining.
Reporting to Business Head, Director of Operations and Managing Director.
Interacting with the Manager & Team Lead to understand the exact requirement and timely closure as per the open requirement.
Conducting telephonic interview.
Recruitment – Cold calling of candidates for interview.
Using various job portals for lining up the candidates for interview.
Maintaining the database in Proper Excel Format.
Maintaining the database in Google doc regarding all internal HR data.
Salary Negotiation and Reference Check and providing the final offer.
Cab should be provided for night shift only for drop time (Female).
Excellent communication, convincing & presentation skills.
