Job Description:  
– Handling complete recruitment process
– Sourcing profiles from job portals and other sources.Lining up prospective candidates.
– Checking the job fit and interest suitability of the candidate through initial screening.
– Keeping a regular and strong follow up with the candidates until the final placement.
– Handling joining and training formalities

Skill Set Required:  
- Applicants must have excellent English communication and presentation skills.
- Applicants should be open to embrace new challenges, additional roles, enthusiastic, dynamic and open minded.
- Target Oriented and Aggressive in Nature
- Must have 0-1 years of experience
- Must be an MBA (HR) or equivalent.
