Salary : INR 1.2 - 1.8 LPA (The salary depends on the (The salary depends on the quality/skills/performance in the interview round/s of the candidate/s )

Date of Joining : Immediate

Tentative Interview Date*: Will be communicated post registration window is closed.

*The shortlisted candidates will be sent Admit Cards/Call Letters on their registered mail Id, which they will need to carry on the date of Interview. No candidate will be entertained by the company without the formal intimation from Aspiring Minds.

Roles and Responsibilities:

-Responsible to handle placement activities and coordinate with, out stationed team members and placement agencies on the day to day basis.

-Tie up with companies & consultants for placements.

-Accountable for Placement of the students.

-To arrange for the placement of the students through campus interviews during their course of study as well as after their passing out.

Desired Profile:

-Must have basic knowledge of computers and able to work on MS- Office.

-Confident personality.

-Good in communications skills

-Able to work on Internet, search information on Internet, send and receive email

-Only female candidates can apply.

Education Qualification:

-Preferably Post Graduate/ MBA in HR/ Marketing or Graduation with 6 Months-1 Years experience in recruitment & Selection with Development / Education Sector.
