Salary :  INR 2.16 – 2.4 LPA (The salary depends on the experience/skill of the candidate )

Date of Joining : Immediate

Tentative Interview Date*: Will be communicated post registration window is closed.

*The shortlisted candidates will be sent Admit Cards/Call Letters on their registered mail Id, which they will need to carry on the date of Interview. No candidate will be entertained by the company without the formal intimation from Aspiring Minds.

Job Descriprtions :

You will be responsible for the following activities –

-Sourcing candidates from various job portals and campus drives

-Conducting interviews

-Understanding various internal requirements of different teams and filling requirements

-Updating employee policies from time to time

-Taking care of all on boarding formalities of new joinees

-You will have to work closely with other teams within Tamada media to understand their requirements

-Taking care of exit formalities in case of employee resignation/retirements

-Maintaining employee records and payrolls

-Managing all training programs – orientations, cross skill training, software training etc

Job Requirements:

If you wish to apply for this post, you must fulfil the below requirements –

-You must be an MBA graduate or pursuing MBA

-No backlogs or exams pending

-Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

-Basic computer skills (MS office and other HR tools)

-Ability to multi task and adjust to changing priorities

-Ability to integrate rapidly with an existing team and interact with individuals at all levels

-Face to face followed by Written Round
