Job Description:

- Handiling All HR and Admin Activities

- IT Recruitment (Job postings, Screening, Conducting and Taking Interviews)

- Maintaining Employee Database

- Handling Payroll (Salary Breakup, Increments, Appraisals etc)

- Maintaining and updating Company Policies

- Letters for (Appointment, Termination, Warning etc)

- Performance Appraisal

- Joining and Exit Formalities of employees

- Handling Teams and Grievances

Skill Set Required:

- A candidates should be very good with their communications skills in English

- Good Knowledge of Handling job portals
